Director of Client Experience
Crystal attended Purdue University Calumet and graduated in 2005 with a BS in Management. She then joined Educational Publisher, Encyclopedia Britannica in Chicago where she worked as a Marketing Manager until 2010. In 2010, Crystal joined the Oak Family as the Director of Client Experience.
Crystal runs the Marketing team where she now plans more than 50 events per year. She also oversees The Oak Partners, Inc. client experience team. She feels extremely passionate about client experience which is the foundation of the Oak Partners, Inc. Philosophy. We are committed to keeping our clients informed and executing the best experience possible. Our experience is what sets us apart from all the others.
Crystal resides in Crown Point with her family. She and her husband Jack have been married since August of 2006 and have two young sons, Jack Henry and Charlie. Crystal enjoys spending time with her family and has a passion for running.
Diana joined Oak Partners in 2003 after a successful career in banking. Her meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage time and resources in the fast moving investment business became apparent immediately. In 2005 she was promoted to service team leader. In 2008 she was again promoted to Oak Partners Operations Manager.
Diana serves in the supervisory capacity in regard to both office staff as well as to new account and client transaction activity. She maintains FINRA Series 7, Series 63 and Series 24 registrations.
In 2009 Diana was recognized by SII Investments as a Top Administrative Professional among a crowded field of many back office professionals. Her “can do” attitude and thoughtful approach to office management and client service is essential to providing Oak Partners clients with the great client experience we strive to deliver.
