Michael T. Barancyk changed his professional career focus in 2001 from the engineering field to the financial services industry. He is now an owner and a managing partner of Oak Partners, Inc. one of the largest independent investment firms in Northwest Indiana with over 600 million dollars under management. Mike is the team leader of the Retirement Asset Management team and he created the “Total Team Concept” that has worked so effectively with his current clients. As a team leader, Mike provides investment strategy and financial advice to individual clients, families, and small businesses. His primary focus is on building better client relationships through outstanding service and consistent client contact. Mike believes that every client deserves a customized solution to his or her problems by bringing a "holistic" approach toward true wealth management.
He is married with three fun loving kids and enjoys seeing his friends and clients enjoy their retirement. Mike holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations and is also a Licensed Insurance Agent. He lives in Crown Point with his wife Snezana and their three children, Nicholas, Alyssa, and Alexander. He enjoys playing any sport and has coached his children in every sport they have played.

Curt received his Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University-Bloomington with a focus in Public Financial Management. Upon graduation, he began his career in the investment industry working for a firm in the NW suburbs of Chicago. In an effort to get closer to his family in Crown Point, he moved to an investment firm based out of Whiting, IN. The experience that he gained at his prior firms helped prepare him for an opportunity to move to Oak Partners, Inc. as a member of the Retirement Asset Management Team.
Curt holds the following FINRA designations; 7, 63 and 65 registrations along with being licensed for Life & Health insurance. He truly believes a relationship is built on trust and client interaction in the best and worst of times. With a sound approach, growth is attained by listening and truly empathizing with each individual.
Curt has been a life-long resident of Crown Point, until recently moving to Chicago, IL. Curt enjoys working out, running, golfing and playing various sports. He’s an avid fan of several Chicago teams: Blackhawks, Bears, and White Sox. His competitive nature carries over into the kitchen as well. He loves cooking and refining his culinary skills.
Stacey received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. Upon graduation, she began a career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Chicago, IL, where she resided for 11 years. Stacey began in the auditing practice, and eventually changed her focus at PwC to be more internal, working in various areas of the firm including financial analytics, portfolio management, and process improvement. Stacey had a focus in HR managing the National Partner Admissions process at PwC where she was at the forefront working directly with the top leaders of the firm prior to joining Oak in 2014.
Stacey holds the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 designations. She is excited to be a part of the Retirement Asset Management (RAM) team and is dedicated to cultivating and creating relationships with our clients to ensure that each feels they are a part of our RAM/Oak Partners family.
Stacey is a Northwest Indiana native and currently resides in the Boone Grove area of Porter County. She and her husband Adam have been married for 12 years and are the proud parents to two very vivacious children. Stacey enjoys spending time with family and friends, enjoying new culinary experiences and traveling (esp. to warmer weather climates).
